School Meals
Every day SPS students are offered a nutritionally balanced breakfast and lunch!

Online Ingraham breakfast and lunch menuMySchoolBucks, an online platform will allow families to pay for school meals. Meals can be paid for with a credit card online at MySchoolBucks and requires the Student’s ID number to create an account. The Student ID number can be found on The Source.
MySchoolBucks charges users a $2.75 fee for credit/debit card meal payments and $2.49 for electronic check meal payments for a maximum payment limit of $200. To avoid the transaction fee families can pay cash or write a check to Culinary Services include your student’s name and ID and give to the Kitchen Manager in the Ballard HS Lunchroom. Refer to the district School Meal Changes.
Please note: Any funds remaining on a student’s meal account from the 23-24 School Year on PayPams will be automatically transferred over to the new system.
Student Meals at School
Breakfast and lunch will be served at no cost to those students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals. Additionally, Seattle Public Schools has several schools that will offer free meals (breakfast and lunch) for all students. See a list of schools that will offer free meals for all students.
SPS has a new way to view menus, pay for meals, and fill out the free and reduced lunch application.

Free Meals for Students
Your child may qualify for free or reduced-price meals. In all Seattle schools, students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals receive meals at no cost.
You must reapply every year. Qualification is based on household income.
Students who qualify receive additional benefits including reduced fees for the following programs.
- Event Fees
- Field Trips
- Advanced Placement Tests
- Running Start Books
- Associated Student Body (ASB) Fees
- Pre-College Exams (PSAT/SAT/ACT)
- College Application Fees
