Yearbook Deadlines

Your senior can submit their senior quote for the yearbook through the form on the Senior Schoology page. Senior portraits and baby photos should be uploaded through Yearbook Snap App using the code “gorams”. Download and install the Yearbook Snap App.

We are requesting that these three items be submitted by Dec 19th. In prior correspondence from September, it stated by early January as we did not have our current publisher deadlines set. If you think you will not be able to make this deadline, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. If you have any other questions, please contact clsteelsmith@seatttleschools.org.

One of our yearbook photographers, Miguel Conceicao, is offering to take free senior portraits (up to 5 poses) on during school hours. Please fill out the form below and we will set up a date and time.

Semester 1 Transcripts

Colleges often request your 1st semester transcripts to review your academic progress before making admission decisions. Although receiving these emails can feel overwhelming, it’s completely normal—especially since Seattle Schools start later than many others, with most schools finishing their 1st semester before winter break.

Here’s what you need to know:

No action is required from you. Counselors will upload your transcripts to the Common App after grades are finalized, usually shortly after February 11th.
Focus on finishing the semester strong—colleges want to see your continued effort and determination.
Your counselors are managing the process, so don’t stress about these emails.
Final transcripts will also be uploaded at the end of the school year automatically.
