Ingraham students now have an opportunity to receive dental services at school with the Mobile Dental Clinic operated by ICHS. Services include comprehensive dental exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, sealants, fluoride treatments, oral health education, and some extractions. Ingraham students who have not been to the dentist in the past year or are currently experiencing tooth pain are eligible for these services, which are offered at No Cost to families. Insurance is accepted if available, but there are no copays and patients without insurance will be covered 100%.
The Mobile Dental Clinic is working in partnership with Ingraham’s Teen Health Center through King County Public Health. Interested students and families can pick up a registration packet in the Main Office or Teen Health Center. Registration packets must be completed by a parent or guardian and turned in to the Teen Health Center as soon as possible. Once registration has been submitted, the Mobile Dental Clinic will reach out to begin scheduling.

Ingraham cannot help with forgotten passwords!! When creating an account, make sure your student uses a personal email (not their district one) so that they can use the “forgot password” feature in the future.
College Representative Visits
Students! One of the more important opportunities available every fall are the College Admissions Rep visits to Ingraham High School. College Admissions Representatives from campuses across the state and country are scheduled to visit IHS and meet with interested students in grades 9-12 (students only). We already have several visitors on the schedule, and they are very excited to meet you. This is one of the few opportunities available to meet the person who may be reading your college application, ask questions about the campus, and gather helpful information to use during your college research and the admission/application process. These visits are especially helpful for seniors who are about to begin the college application process.
Students are required to sign-up to attend these sessions and do so via their Naviance/High School and Beyond Plan accounts.
To sign-up: Please log in to your Clever account
- Click on Naviance
- Click on Colleges, then college visits
- Click on View Details and register for the college you want to attend!
Then write down the visit on your planner or personal calendar. On the date and time of the visit, come down to the library and meet the representative! You are welcome to stay for a portion of the visit or the entire visit before heading back to class.
Please continue checking the visit section as new college visits are added.
Parents: Visit the Ingraham website under Resources for information College Visits
Ingraham Spirit Wear
If you want to get your spirit gear so that you can represent as a Ram Fan or if you just want to buy some Ingraham gear for your student, check out the website Then… Contact Heidi Oveson hloveson@seattleschools.org with your order or any questions. Heidi and the students selling the gear will pull orders and send a link to SchoolPay for payment. Your items will be available for pickup in the main office.
After School Tutoring in the Library
Tutoring will be in the Ingraham library on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 – 4:45 and is open to all Ingraham students.
Transportation via King County Metro
Due to a statewide measure, youth who are under 19 years old can ride public transportation for free. This means that the district no longer provides Youth ORCA cards to SPS students. For riders 13 and older, using a Youth ORCA card is highly encouraged, but not required. Tapping a Youth ORCA card allows transit agencies to better understand how many young people are riding transit, including where and when.
Students aged 13 and older are encouraged to order a free Youth ORCA card on the My ORCA website (the card will automatically be registered when ordered). Students who currently have a Youth ORCA card can continue to use the card, even if it has an expiration date.
Please go to the SPS Transportation webpage for more information
Student Drop-off and Parking on Campus /See attached map.
Parents: Please do not drop off your students on N. 135th St, as that is reserved for district transportation only. Student drop-off is in the NE Visitor Parking lot.
Students: : It is required that all students complete a vehicle registration form and obtain a free parking pass from the main office if they plan on parking on campus. The process of obtaining a parking pass will be announced soon, so stay tuned. A valid driver license must be shown when obtaining the parking pass. Student parking is in the lot off Meridian and the south section of the south parking lot next to the fields. Staff/Visitor parking is next to the auditorium/upper gym entrance, as well as in the south parking lot near the tennis courts. Do not park in the Helene Madison parking lot. Cars may be ticketed and/or towed if you are illegally parked in a handicapped parking spot or in a fire lane (yellow or red curbs).

Bright Futures: Who are we? What do we do?
We are a student support program steered by a committee of dedicated Ingraham staff and parents working together to directly help Ingraham students who are experiencing food and housing insecurity. Our goal is to not only meet the basic needs of these students, but to ensure access to the full high school experience with “extras” like dance tickets, yearbooks, college visits, and more.
Basic needs, however, are back to being our focus for the month of November. Did you know that every Friday, in community partnership with University District Food Bank and the Bridges Program, we distribute supplemental food backpacks to over 200 Ingraham students? Sadly, this ongoing effort will likely not be enough to combat food insecurity for so many of these families given the loss of SNAP benefits. Food support during school breaks and in times of crises, makes up a significant portion of our overall budget, and we anticipate this need to be even greater in the coming months. Please consider donating to this year’s Bright Futures fundraising campaign, to ensure stable funding for this vital program.
Looking for more ways to help?
- Sign up here for an easy Thursday Food Bank Delivery to Ingraham
- Purchase supplemental snacks for the weekly food backpacks – students are delighted to find any surprise additions to the usual food bank items
- Help us replenish some of our most popular Pride Closet Clothing needs (select easy, direct delivery to the school)
- Check out our website for more information, and the many ways you can get involved
Thank you, Ingraham families, for your ongoing support!
School Communication
Ingraham uses various methods to communicate information out to students and families:
- Student’s SPS email accounts
- Schoology pages
- School Bulletins: We email the school bulletin weekly via a system called School Messenger. Occasionally, we hear from parents/guardians who say they are not receiving the bulletin or have suddenly stopped receiving them. It is usually an email filter issue, or you have inadvertently unsubscribed. Please manage your communication preferences.
- TalkingPoints- a text-message based service to allow families faster and language-barrier-free communication.
Activities and Other News:
