Students: Take home laptops during Winter Break
The district is asking schools to remind students to take laptops home during Winter Break, to be prepared for inclement weather at the close of break. Students would receive Teams links and teacher instructions via their class Schoology pages if schools need to close due to inclement weather.
Saturday School
Saturday School will take place on Saturday, January 18th from 9am – 12pm.This is an opportunity for all students to get some extra tutoring help from teachers and staff before the end of first semester. Attendance is optional, snacks are provided, no sign-up is necessary. We would love to see you!
Upcoming Levies – February 11, 2025 Ballot
Seattle Public Schools (SPS) will have two replacement levies on the Feb. 11, 2025, ballot. These levies are not new taxes but renewals that continue funding for essential programs, staff, and services for students and schools. They help bridge the gap between state funding and what our schools need, and they help fund special education, school counselors, multilingual programs, arts, sports, and more.
The levies also include funding for building repairs, classroom technology, and safety improvements. These investments help us meet the goal of safe and healthy school buildings. We will have more information soon about regional meetings in January. Visit the SPS website for more information about the levies and what they support.
Message from Teen Health Center
We now have the ’24-25 flu and COVID (Pfizer Comirnaty) vaccines available in the Teen Health Center. Information about the newest COVID vaccine. If your student is registered, they can walk in with a signed consent form and receive their shot, first come first served. If they are not registered, Teen Health Center registration forms.

FOI – Bright Futures updates and how you can help our Rams
October has been about spreading school spirit. Our student athletes are working hard on and off the field, ASB and our school clubs are finding communities to build, and our admin and faculty are committed to supporting their education. And wherever possible, Bright Futures is right there quietly filling in the gaps. Whether providing Rams with IHS swag for the next football game, or prescription contacts, or haircuts and tickets for homecoming, we work to stay informed of our students’ needs.
Winter Clothing Drive
- Coats and hats and gloves – oh my!! The weather has turned chilly, and the wet, dreary months are just around the corner. Help us ensure all our kiddos are warm this winter and donate coats, hats and gloves.

44 books are checked out
23 student and staff questions answered by library staff
ASB Stickers Ready for Pickup
If your student paid the ASB fee or received a scholarship for the ASB fee, they can now pick up their ASB sticker from the Fiscal Office, Room 165. It is strongly recommended they bring their student ID card so they can apply the sticker directly onto the card. School Communication
Ingraham uses various methods to communicate information out to students and families:
- Students, please start checking your SPS email inbox daily for information from school.
- Schoology pages
- School Bulletins: We email the school bulletin weekly via a system called School Messenger. Occasionally, we hear from parents/guardians who say they are not receiving the bulletin or have suddenly stopped receiving them. It is usually an email filter issue, or you have inadvertently unsubscribed. Manage your communication preferences on School Messenger.
