WA Recovery Help Line Website
The Washington Recovery Help Line is an anonymous and confidential help line that provides crisis intervention and referral services for Washington State residents. Professionally trained volunteers and staff are available to provide emotional support 24 hours a day, and offer local treatment resources for substance abuse, problem gambling and mental health as well as to other community services.
Suicide Awareness
By knowing the signs, asking questions, and helping connect others to support, each person plays an important role in preventing suicide. Guiding documents on how to respond to a student experiencing suicide and to learn more about warning signs, prevention supports, and resources in the community.

Resources for Ingraham Students
Tutoring
After school tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:45p in the library.
Staff will be there to answer questions and help!
Pride Closet
Ingraham is proud to be able to offer the Pride Closet to all students, providing school supplies, clothing, food, and hygiene products through the funding of Friends of Ingraham (FOI) Bright Futures Program.

School Supplies
If your student needs any school supplies or back-to-school gear (clothing, shoes, backpacks) stop by the Counseling Office and locate the bookshelf with supplies.
Weekly Snack Bags Available!
If you would like your student to be added to a weekly snack bag list, please contact your student’s counselor. Snack bags are distributed every Friday afternoon.
Friday Food Backpacks is a federal program that provides food assistance to students on the weekends. Ingraham partners with the University District Food Bank.
Free or Reduced Lunch Fees
Every day, SPS offers a nutritionally balanced breakfast and lunch for our students! We are excited to announce several updates to our school meal program for the 2024-25 school year!

New Tools: This year, we’re introducing MySchoolApps, an easy online application for free and reduced meals, and MySchoolBucks, a convenient platform for paying for school meals online. MealViewer gives families access to school menus and nutritional information at their fingertips. Read more about school meals for students and each of these new tools.
In addition to free/reduced meals, students who qualify can receive reduced or waived fees for:

- Field Trips

**You must re-apply every year. Qualification is based on household income. Applications have a quick turnaround time and may take as little as 3 days to process.

Washington Law Help is a guide to free civil legal services for low-income persons and seniors in Washington. This site provides legal education materials and tools that give you basic information on a number of legal problems, and in some cases, detailed instructions and forms to help you represent yourself in court. Help For Migrants And Asylum-Seekers
- WHEN: Services available through June 30, 2025
- WHAT: The newly launched the Washington Migrant and Asylum-Seekers Support project is designed to meet the basic needs of people who have recently arrived in the United States and Washington state but are ineligible for federal refugee services. Participants may be eligible for housing support, immigration-related legal services, and culturally responsive case management. Participants are also connected to medical, education, and job-training resources that are available in the community.

Indigenous Community Resource Fair

- WHAT: Join United Indians of All Tribes Foundation for free food, community resources, job training, and chances to meet with potential employers. Every registrant will be entered into an hourly door prize drawing, but you must be present to win!

Free Medical Care For People Experiencing Homelessness
- WHEN: Various times and locations listed below
- WHAT: King County’s Mobile Medical Program provides walk-in care for people who are living homeless (or were recently homeless) only. Please try to arrive at least one hour before the scheduled end time for the clinic. On rare occasions the clinic will close earlier than the scheduled time. Call the Mobile Van nursing lines if you would like to confirm the clinic end time for a particular day.
