Ingraham Class of 2025 Graduation Timeline

Senior Checkout Ingraham Upper Gym

Details: Seniors will meet individually with their counselors and complete the stations for checkout. Students will have a passport that will need to be stamped from each station. There will be seven stations: High School and Beyond Plan Station, Return Laptops| Books Station, Fines and Fees Station, PE Competency Stations, Counselor Credit Check Station, IB (International Baccalaureate) Info Station, Tickets and Honor Cords Stations.

Diploma and Transcript Details: The counselors will send your transcript electronically to the University/College you put in Naviance. If seniors do not enter their University/College in Naviance please bring an addressed stamped envelope to where you would like your transcript sent. Transcripts will be generated by our registrar on July 18th. If you have moved recently, ensure we have your correct address.

Senior graduation tickets and diplomas will be disbursed at this time. Students will receive 5 graduation tickets per student, plus any handicap tickets previously ordered. Students will be required to sign for the tickets and their diploma.

Senior Breakfast Ingraham Upper Gym June 17

Doors open 10:00am
Catered breakfast will be served by parents in the Ingraham gym. This is a wonderful time to be with friends; there will be guest speakers and entertainment.

Graduation Rehearsal

Seniors will practice entering the stadium, walking across the stage, and exiting the stadium.

Graduation Ceremony

Seniors will enter the stadium, walk across the stage, and exit the stadium as graduates! Ticket Details:

  • Each graduating senior will receive 5 wristband tickets for their guests. Students will sign for their wristbands at senior checkout.
  • If a child is young enough to sit on their parents’ lap, a ticket will not be required for them. Younger children must be supervised and will not be allowed to roam the stands.
  • If a guest requires wheelchair/handicap seating, please fill out the Linked Form If a guest requires wheelchair/handicap seating, please fill out this Form May 23rd for handicap seating wristbands. Two assistants are allowed per one handicap person above and beyond the 5 wristbands for general seating.
  • A handicap drop-off area will be designated. The handicap drop-off area will be in the south parking lot by the tennis courts only.
  • If an Ingraham student is attending graduation as a guest, a ticket is required.
  • If everyone in one party would like to sit together, they should arrive together.
  • A QR code for the Graduation program will be made available at graduation for guests. The QR code will also be made available to seniors and families prior to June 17th.
  • Out of consideration to other families, no balloons are permitted at the ceremony.
  • The gate will open at 7pm for seating.

Senior Spree

Immediately following graduation
Senior SPREE is coordinated by parent volunteers and is an all-night grad party and an IHS tradition! Immediately following the graduation ceremony, students hop onto chartered buses for a night of fun. Throughout the event, grads travel to exciting venues and are treated to multiple activities and adventures, meals, and fun. Past activities have included video games, henna artists, DJs, a hypnotist and meals and snacks throughout the night! More information to come soon from the parent volunteers! Tickets will be sold at school and scholarships will be available.
