    Please stop in to see your school counselor if you are having any difficulties or have something you want to talk about. Nothing is too small. Stress, anxiety, friendships, families, etc. we are here to help you be successful in school and you cannot do that with such pressing issues on your mind.

    Washington's Mental Health Service Referral for Children and Teens - Washington’s Mental Health Referral Service for Children and Teens connects patients and families with evidence-supported outpatient mental health services in their community. This free, telephone-based referral service is funded by Washington Healthcare Authority and operated by Seattle Children’s. The Mental Health Referral Service will provide thorough mental health referrals for children and teens 17 and younger from across Washington.

    SafePlace - Ingraham is a part of the SafePlace program. SafePlace provides numerous resources like finding a place to sleep and helping you get to school the next day. Read more at their website.

    Teen Link - 1-866-TEENLINK (1-866-833-6546) or 206-461-4922. Teen Link is an anonymous confidential teen help line that is answered every evening by professionally trained youth. Teens are trained to talk with their peers about a wide variety of concerns, as well as refer callers to specialized agencies that can further address their needs.

    Child Protective (CPS) or Family Reconciliation Services (FRS) - 1-800-609-8764 This one phone number can be used to report child abuse or to request assistance for a family that is struggling with family issues.

    Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) - Find an abundance of support and resources for your family.
