    CenturyLink Field Tour Guide Team 
    YouthForce’s Teamwork Internship Program offers teens a meaningful entry-level work experience supported by caring adults, positive peer and professional networks, and on the job training.  TeamWork Interns play key roles during Stadium Tours, delivering the best possible experience for guests. The TeamWork Internship Program extends beyond the game day job; teens must also participate in college readiness, career exploration, and financial literacy workshops held throughout the season in addition to periodic volunteer events.  Interns who are in good standing at the end of the internship are invited to apply for the following season if they still meet the eligibility requirements.

    Job Description: Interns will work as members of the CenturyLink Field Tour Guide Team throughout the summer months. 

    This position is responsible for conducting tours as a Tour Trailer and responsible for training to become a Tour Guide. Tour Guides will educate our guests about our facility and our biggest clients, the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC. To perform this job successfully, an intern must seek to improve their verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Job activities include:

    Interacting directly with guests with a positive attitude 
    Assist customers in the Pro Shop in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. All Tours will begin just outside the Pro Shop. Assist your team with gathering, dividing up, and directing guests. 
    Follow each tour group to ensure everyone stays together
    Providing assistance and directional support to guests who need it  
    Ensures that the tour route is kept clean
    Learn the tour script and become knowledgeable about our facility
    Communicating and collaborating with peer interns, peer supervisors, and the TeamWork Program staff
    Qualifications: This is a job for teens who strive to take the extra step to improve the CenturyLink Field Tour guest experience. Great qualifications include: 
    Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests, peers, and supervisors 
    Be familiar with CenturyLink Field and interested in learning more about the facility
    Ability to work in a team environment
    Dependability/responsibility: able to manage work, school, and social schedule
    Experience organizing events in your school or community
    Involvement in school or community programs and/or membership at a local Boys & Girls Club
    Students must show success in school attendance and grades throughout the season; we believe that school is every teen’s first and most important job.
    Ability to stand for long periods of time (unless physically unable to stand)
    Ability to handle the loud noises and large crowds

    Minimum Requirements
    Resident of King County
    Must be 18 years old (must turn 18 by 5/1/19)

    Schedule:  June 2019 through August 2019. 2-3 shifts per week at 6 hours each. 
    Pay: $16.00 per hour.  No benefits are provided.

    Illumination Learning Studio Summer Camp Assistant 
    Position Summary and Responsibilities
    Assist in running successful daily schedule & activities 
    Participate in activities with students
    Maintain saftey of students in and out of studio
    Greet parents and students arriving to and from camps 
    Maintain organization and cleanliness of studios
    Encourage the learning and proper behavior of students 
    Education and Skills Required
    Prior experience in education and care of elementary aged students
    Have passion for high-quality early childhood education and cultural arts
    Ability to exercise professional judgment in handling student relations 
    Ability to engage and further educate students 
    Ability to contribute in a positive manner
    Ability to lift 25 pounds
    Preferred
    Experience in childcare or education
    Be self-motivated, organized and open-minded
    Ability to work independently or with supervisors and staff
    Ability to communicate in an effective manner with supervisors and students

    Lifeguard Northridge Swim Club 
    This is a summer job that runs from May 24 – Sept 3.
    Salary: $12 per hour – May be subject to change depending on 
    experience.
    Requirements:
    -Open all week with times that range between 11am-10pm.
    -Must have: Current Lifeguard Certification
    -Current First Aid / CPR Certification
    -Must display maturity and leadership
    -Must be willing to learn how to do simple chemical check and pool clean up
