    is designed to be a one-stop-site; it is afree, student-centered, online clearinghouse for Washington studentsseeking college scholarships. This user-friendly site allows students tosearch and apply for verified scholarships that are specific to theiracademic interests, college or university, or other criteria. And it isadvertising and spam-free. Scholarship providers will benefit from theincreased exposure, reduced paperwork, and access to statewidescholarship data.
    The Coalition is a public/private collaboration of the Higher EducationCoordinating Board, The Seattle Foundation, and Independent Colleges ofWashington, the Northwest Education Loan Association, Washington Spark,College Success Foundation, and the College Planning Network.

    Western Undergraduate Exchange is theWestern Undergraduate Exchange, a program of the Western InterstateCommission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WUE, students inwestern states may enroll in many two-year and four-year collegeprograms at a reduced tuition level: 150 percent of the institution'sregular resident tuition.
