Seattle Visiting Nurse Association Flu Clinic

Protect yourself, your child, and your community from the flu. Seattle Visiting Nurse Association will provide the annual flu shot to students (ages 4 and older), staff and community members at Ingraham High School on September 30, 3-6 pm in the main entrance foyer on the north side of school.

Most forms of insurance (including Apple Health and Medicaid) and cash or check are accepted. Thimerosol-free vaccine dose is available for pregnant women. Double dose recommended for adults over age 65 is not available.

The form needs to be completely filled out. Families who have no insurance can write “No insurance” and students (up to age 19) can still get a flu shot through Vaccines for Children program. Students who are enrolled in their school-based health center can also get the flu shot through the Ingraham SBHC.

For more information, contact School Nurse Darci Wiebke or visit the SPS Flu Clinic page to access the required form and vaccine information.
