It's time for our annual Walk-A-Thon!! Last year we raised over $2700.00 which paid for supplies, pizzas for the skating party and Ingraham Invitational, new team uniforms, etc. We simply could not run our program without the monetary support of friends, family, and co-workers who support our annual fund drive.
The Walk-A-Thon will Take place on Sunday, May 6th at Greenlake. We plan to meet at the Greenlake Community Center (where Evans pool is located), and plan to start walking at 10 a.m. Some people walk for short distances, and others walk the entire lake path which is a little over 2 miles. Last year it was loads of fun, and we even had good weather! Snacks are provided.
Please take time to ask friends, family and co-workers to support our program with a monetary donation. Attached is the donation form. This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to ask for donations as well. Donations are tax exempt. We are hoping to DOUBLE the amount we raised last year, and have a good time doing it! Thanks for your support.
