Family, Career and Community Leaders of America is a nonprofit national career and technical student organization in Family and Consumer Sciences education. Everyone is part of a family, and FCCLA is the only national Career and Technical Student Organization with the family as its central focus. Since 1945, FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers, and communities by addressing important personal, work, and societal issues through family and consumer sciences education.
Involvement in FCCLA offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal communication necessary in the home and workplace.
At Ingraham High, the purposes of this group are to find leaders and prepare them to be more capable leaders later in life. We would also want people to have a feeling of family once they join the club. That means that a person would come to feel like they have a purpose to come to school and not just be part of the society. Ingraham FCCLA officers this year include: Anna Nguyen: President, Justin Ith: Treasurer, Alina Vilyasom: Historian, Gunnar Denton: Secretary, Zoe Ingraham-Brown: Director of Public Relations, Natasha Zastko: Director of Community Service and Luke Allen: Director of STAR Events.
FCCLA: The Ultimate Leadership Experience! Participation in national programs and chapter activities helps members become strong leaders in their families, careers, and communities.

My goal is to support everyone by having them feel welcome, of importance and satisfied with their achievements. I also like to inform participants that their goals isn't achieved overnight; but with consistency and sincerity, they will eventually move forward towards keeping fit, and making a healthy difference in their everyday lives.
The Weight-Lifting and Conditioning Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday after 2:45 P.M. until 6:P.M.
This club is closely supervised and orchestrated by Daniel (The BEAR) Westley, Certificated Physical Educator K-12,
